C Restaurant

C Restaurant is devoted to serving sustainable seafood from local waters. This restaurant collaborates with Growing Chefs (www.growingchefs.ca) to teach children to grow their own food in the classroom, harvest the food and teach them to prepare a delicious healthy meal with what they have grown.

Over the three and a half month program they also learn about sustainability and nutrition. C Restaurant is also a member of Green Table Network, a restaurant group committed to sustainability.
