Smoken Bones Cookshack buys fresh local fruit, veggies and meat for their restaurant. They are part of the Island Chef's Collaborative (ICC) which supports a network of local farmers. No unnatural flavorings, preservatives or additives are used during the cooking, smoking and curing process. They serve Phillips Brewery beer on tap, a local brewery practicing an artisan method of making beer using scratch ingredients.
