Cioppiono's is a member of Green Table, a restaurant group committed to sustainability. They feature some local and organic ingredients on their menu, as well as oceanwise seafood selections. The restaurant owner, Pino Posteraro also sits on the Board of Directors of the Chef's Table Society of BC, a non-profit group of Vancouver's Top Chefs who are working together to foster the development of new talent through scholarships and bursaries.
