Cliff Leir is producing a small line of quality breads, available at select shops around Victoria. They are organic wild yeast fermented loaves baked in a wood-fired brick oven. These breads are currently available at Cafe Fantastico, Choux Choux Charcuterie, Charelli's, Demitasse, and Finest at Sea.
