Cafe Brio serves food made with fresh locally sourced ingredients. They are a member of the Island Chef's Collaborative. The restaurant was constructed in 1995, but a homey feel was brought to the restaurant by the use of some recycled and reclaimed materials. The doors were rescued from the Yarrow Shipyards in Esquimalt and the flooring is from a collapsed ceiling of an airport hanger.
