Benefits of Renewable Energies

The Canadian Association for Renewable Energies, also known as “we c.a.r.e.,” is a membership organisation committed to promoting the use of renewable energies in Canada as a way to benefit the economy, environment and society. We help advance the adoption of renewable energies and are involved in research that allows us to optimise energy technologies.

All of our funding comes from membership dues and foreign and domestic clients. We receive no funding from NRCan. Those interested in membership can join as individuals and receive one vote on each activity, as a corporation to receive two votes, or as an institution to receive three votes.
