Builder Selection and Pricing

We at FAD Architects are able to help our clients through builder selection and pricing, obtaining competitive pricing from Builders and trades. Some of our clients elect to contract with one builder for the whole project. If this is the case, we act as our client’s representative on the site to ensure the project is constructed according to specifications and budget.

We also offer services in project management. We can over-see and coordinate the Construction process acting as your representative to the contractor. We can essentially act as your eyes and ears on site during Building.
