Energy Audits

Since 1990, M & E Engineering have been doing Energy Audits for lots of high rise commercial buildings throughout Ontario. Some of the companies we have worked with includes: the Toronto Hydro (GEPP) and NRCAN. Together with our business partners,  we conduct Energy Audits to demonstrate ways of saving electricity and being energy efficient. 

Our audits include: analysing the building’s Mechanical and Electrical systems, lighting retrofits, water conservation, electric to gas heating, installation of variable frequency drives on pumps and fan motors, building automation systems and much more.

We believe that all the knowledge and experiences we have gained throughout the years allows us to approach all our projects with an open and precise mind.
