Greening Restoration and Stewardship

Our program of Greenspace Restoration and Stewardship has developed from the relatively simple idea of planting trees in public parks. It has transformed so that now it embraces more holistic concepts which address Community health, quality of life and civic engagement.

Our program works in the Toronto and Vancouver regions, and our practical approach to projects promote Environmental stewardship as a catalyst for community building and provide the chance for communities to take steps to address global-scale issues at the local level, including issues concerning Climate Change.
