They are made from 100% Peace Silk and features with gold-topstitching in geometric symmetry, appliquéd with designer patterns.

Peace Silk is a very eco-friendly material. No silkworms are harmed in obtaining the silk. In this case, the moths are allowed to emerge from their cocoons to live out their full life cycle. The silk is then degummed and spun like other fiber, instead of being reeled - meaning that no animals were harmed throughout the entire process.

This fabric is meticulously handcrafted by expert artisans and turned into desired patterns and weaves. It is then stitched together by skilled master artisans to create this collection of home textiles. 

Our Peace Silk Coverlets are dyed with organic dyes in and dried in an energy efficient manner to reduce environmental impact.
