Policy and Program Development

Rick McKenzie was one of the establishing Directors of the Government of Canada’s Office of Energy Efficiency, directing the evolution of many of the Energy Efficiency programs and policies that crafted the future of energy use in the country.

The team here assists governments and utilities develop energy management strategies through policy and program development including programs for Buildings, processes and communities. The strategies that we implement optimize the use of existing resources and also use a great mix of program tools including regulations, third party financing, risk management and many more.
