The Mothering Touch Centre is an family-run enterprise featuring all types of educational and Fitness classes for Pre and Post-Natal women.
We aim to provide support, advice and information to new and expectant parents who may not know what they are doing or does require some help with their upcoming baby.
Our most popular classes are our fitness and yoga sessions. We believe that every woman should value opportunities to become comfortable with their bodies during pregnancy and after giving birth.
All of our pre and post-natal fitness and yoga classes are lead by certified and experienced instructors. They are specialists in helping women to strengthen and prepare their bodies for labour and motherhood.
Our prenatal classes help women from their first trimester of pregnancy onwards to enjoy the Health benefits of exercise during pregnancy. Our postnatal classes are aimed to help women recover from the pregnancy and childbirth and embrace their beautiful new bodies.
