Traditional Cider

Here at Merridale, we are famous for our Ciders. In fact, the secret to our great tasting ciders lines in the apple varieties that we use. All of our ciders products are of 100% pure juice in which nothing - not even water is added because it will natural flavour. 

We are also purists. We don't believe or even touch concentrates, chemicals at bottling, pasteurization, or fine filtration of juice. We only ferment our juice slowly and naturally so what you get is the flavour the fruit has to offer.

We have a large variety of ciders available in which our most popular one is our Traditional Cider. It was the winner at Bath & West Show and at the International Cider and Perry Competition at the Hereford Cider Museum. 

It is a balanced, dry and effervescent cider. It has even been branded as the the "best English-style cider in Canada” by true connoisseur and Wine expert Jurgen Gothe.
