Upcycled Eco Handbags

Echoes in the Attic creates unique upcycled Eco handbags out of Fabrics that would otherwise end up in the landfill. The textiles are from local sources, and our handbags are made by hand out of these “rescued remnants.” Whatever we don’t use is passed along to local artisans, so there is virtually no wasted material.

Some of the eco friendly companies who pass along their scraps to us include Ethan Allen Furniture, Simply Cottage, Leons and The Global Group. From there, the Fabric goes to “mompreneurs,” or local sewers, usually work-at-home moms, to fashion into our signature handbags, diaper bags, laptop bags, cross-body flatbags and totes.

To this point, Echoes in the Attic has rescued over 25 tons of fabric that would have been sitting in a landfill right now. Our products are high-quality, vegan and made right here in Canada. Support the local economy as well as upcycling by looking into our bags.
