Wedge Farms produces a wide range of innovative flax and oat products. Cavena Nuda, "Rice of the Prairies", is one of Wedge Farms products. It is the result of decades of research. When Cavena, which is actually an oat, is threshed, the hull is removed and returned to the soil. Cavena is then much more dense needing far less storage space and hauling, reducing the carbon footprint substantially.
