Gemaco’s operates a Recycle Asphalt Shingle (RAS) Station where residential asphalt shingles, either roof tear-off shingles (TOS) or manufacturer remnants are ground to specification using the Rotochopper RGI Shingle Grinder, and sold as binder in asphalt paving mixtures, and as fuel for kilns. Gemaco also provides contract shingle grinding services to other collection sites.
